You will collaborate with Care Designers to implement care plans and ensure a premium client experience, while working with autonomy and a heart for service.
The role offers adaptable availability—casual, part-time, and full-time—across home visits. You will maintain records, assess needs, educate clients and families, and engage with the Care Designer
