Classic Fire + Life Safety is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate our Field Technician Services Team. You will schedule inspections and service visits, keep customers informed, and maintain accurate records in our ERP systems.
The role requires 2+ years in scheduling or dispatching in service industries, excellent communication, and a knack for organization. Experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus, and a team-oriented, detail-oriented mindset is essential.
