Spade Recruiting is seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle ERP Product Management to lead the technical product strategy for Oracle ERP and OFSAA across IT. You will own the roadmap, drive architecture decisions, and partner with Finance, HR, Risk, and Security to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in ERP engineering or product management, solid leadership, and experience with ERP standards, integrations, and vendor relations. Work from home is available.
