TH Oliver Heating & Cooling has served homeowners in Aurora, Newmarket and across York Region since 1924. We sell, install and service gas furnaces, central air conditioners, ductless systems, heat pumps, gas fireplaces, water heaters and indoor air quality products. We are a Daikin Comfort Pro dealer and past winner of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce Retail Business of the Year Award. We're adding a Senior Comfort Advisor to lead replacement sales.

The Role

We're looking for a closer who has previously worked as a comfort advisor, already knows how to run an in-home consultation and has the numbers to prove it. You'll run pre-set, company-generated appointments, design the right system for each home, and turn homeowners into long-term customers.

What You'll Do

- Run in-home consultations on leads generated by TH Oliver (no cold calling or door knocking)
- Assess the home: load considerations, ductwork, existing equipment and comfort issues
- Build and present proposals to homeowners
- Explain financing options and help homeowners qualify for available rebates and incentives
- Close the sale and hand off a clean, accurate job to installation
- Follow up on open quotes
- Work with service technicians on equipment replacement opportunities
- Keep your pipeline and appointments up to date in our CRM
- Maintain a closing ratio on technician-generated leads of 75% or higher
- Maintain a closing ratio on marketed leads of 50% or higher

What We're Looking For





- A documented history of selling $1M+ in residential HVAC equipment annually (we will ask to verify it)
- 3+ years of in-home residential HVAC sales experience
- Strong working knowledge of furnaces, AC, heat pumps and IAQ products
- Familiarity with current refrigerant transitions and Ontario rebate programs is an asset
- Consultative selling style: homeowners trust you because you aren't pushy
- Comfortable with tablets, CRM and quoting software
- Valid Ontario licence and a reliable vehicle
- Available outside of typical business hours (some weekends and evenings) to accommodate homeowner schedules

Compensation

- This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
- Expected annual earnings: $110,000 – $160,000
- For the right candidate, we are open to a temporary 6-month base salary to facilitate the onboarding and transition process
- You will earn a 10% commission on everything you sell
