Synechron in Toronto is seeking a Java Developer to join the Cash Equities Client & Market Connectivity team. You will design and implement scalable, low-latency Java services and collaborate with product owners across a geographically dispersed, multicultural environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, architecture thinking, and hands-on experience with microservices, FIX protocol, and up-to-date DevOps tooling.
