CMHC is hiring for a Specialist, Credit Analysis to join the Multi Unit Borrower Financial Analysis team. The role focuses on preparing credit risk assessments for applicants in multi-unit programs and reviewing financial statements to determine creditworthiness.

The candidate will present analyses to management, advise on financial risk, and engage with key stakeholders to inform complex decisions. A degree in business/finance and 5+ years of experience are required.
