Heidelberg Materials has a current job opening for a project site coordinator in Ottawa. ## What You'll Be Doing * Coordinate daily concrete deliveries, truck movements, and site logistics to ensure safe and efficient operations.* Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, contractors, dispatch, drivers, and internal teams.* Monitor delivery schedules, resolve operational issues, and communicate real-time updates to stakeholders.* Support site safety initiatives by promoting safe work practices, identifying concerns, and completing required documentation.* Maintain accurate project records, verify orders, complete reporting requirements, and support contract compliance. ## What Are We Looking For * Strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills in a fast-paced operational or construction workplace.* Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively,
