As a General Labourer reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a significant role in lumber processing. The position involves wrapping, banding, labeling, and identifying lumber using various machinery. Attention to detail is crucial, and you may occasionally hand pile wood, ensuring production machines are adequately serviced and adhering to all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various lumber handling equipment
• Apply barcodes to lumber accurately
• Wrap and band lumber efficiently
• Hand pile wood as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
• Attention to detail and understanding of lumber products
• Experience in a lumber mill or yard is preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must own steel-toed boots
• Forklift certification is a plus
