Strategic Group in Edmonton is seeking a proactive Resident Experience Manager to lead the resident journey from move-in through renewal and move-out. You will be the primary contact, building robust relationships, addressing concerns, and supporting retention across residential properties.
Applicants should be adaptable to work some evenings and weekends. Familiarity with leasing, renewals, and property management platforms like Yardi Voyager is an asset.
