Franklin Templeton in Canada is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to translate platform strategy into scalable data solutions. You will own end-to-end data pipelines and drive reliability, performance, and cost optimization across the warehouse.

You will mentor engineers, define governance standards, and shape the architecture with a focus on Snowflake, ELT, RBAC, and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development while maintaining data quality and security.
