Extendicare is seeking a Scheduling and Attendance Coordinator for The Meadows LTC in Ancaster, Ontario. The role reports to the Operations Manager and maintains staff schedules, tracks time and attendance, ensures coverage for unfilled shifts, and provides admin support to leadership.
Responsibilities include using Workday, coordinating with staffing agencies, and assisting with HR/payroll processes. A post‑secondary diploma and robust Excel/Workday experience are required.
