Oversee production processes at PPG as a Line Leader during the midnight shift. Lead team activities, ensure safety standards, and drive operational efficiency every night.

As a Line Leader reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate daily operations on the assigned shift. Your responsibilities include leading a team, promoting compliance with company policies, and evaluating employee performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in quality management systems and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead line startup and shutdown operations
• Coach and evaluate production employees regularly
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor productivity against operational targets
• Conduct team meetings to communicate objectives

Requirements:
• Knowledge of TS 16949 and continuous improvement
• Experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing
• Robust planning and performance metrics skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education preferred
