In this position, you will work collaboratively with the school-based team under the direction of a teacher. The role includes providing academic support, developing behavior programs, and assisting students with social-emotional learning. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining an inclusive, safe, and nurturing school environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in the development of individual education plans
• Monitor and evaluate behavior programs for students
• Provide academic assistance to enhance learning




• Maintain communication with students and school staff
• Assist with personal care and health care plans

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Education assistant certificate or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum one year experience with children with diverse needs
• Level 1 First Aid certification is an asset
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
