The Service Experience You Will Deliver As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact and relationship manager for our clients. You will guide each customer through a seamless service journey all the way from initial consultation to post‑service follow‑up.



You will ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities Serving as a trusted brand ambassador, embodying Mercedes‑Benz values of integrity, sophistication, and excellence
Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships through personalized, attentive service
Conducting professional service consultations and presenting well‑informed, confident recommendations
Managing a high‑value client portfolio with exceptional attention to detail
Collaborating closely with technicians and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service
Following up post‑service to ensure complete satisfaction and reinforce client loyalty

Requirements 1-2 years of automotive service advising experience
Proven ability to serve premium, high‑expectation clientele
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

Experience with PBS and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook are assets
