Key Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial insolvency files and legal proceedings

• Mentor Collections team on complex recoveries

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in collections or insolvency
• Knowledge of Canadian insolvency processes and BIA, CCAA
• Experience managing collection agencies or law firms
• Proficiency in CRM or collections management systems
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
