We are seeking a Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead to establish and lead the Program Management Office for a global Data Retention Management Program.

Key Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience leading large, complex enterprise or global transformation programs.

- Experience establishing and managing large program offices with multiple project managers and workstreams.

- Robust expertise in program governance

- Integrated planning

- RAID management

- Financial oversight

- Resource planning and executive reporting.

- Experience in data governance, data management, information/records management, cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory remediation, or technology risk.

- Experience leading federated/global programs across business units or regions.

- Knowledge of data lifecycle, classification, retention, and disposition practices.

- Experience managing consulting firms, systems integrators, and specialized vendors.

- Financial services, insurance

- Strong understanding of organizational change, operating-model design, and business adoption.

- Experience with Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
