Acacia, a Cisco company, seeks a Principal DSP Designer to lead architectural decisions for high-baud-rate optical transceivers. You will invent DSP/FEC algorithms, simulate mathematically, and collaborate with ASIC designers and firmware teams to optimize complex control paths in silicon.

You will validate algorithms on real silicon, model analog RF impairment, and push performance while mentoring junior engineers in a quick-paced environment.
