Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field.

- More than 8 years of experience in Verification and Validation.

- 3 years of experience leading V&V; planning and architecture design.

- Excellent communication skills.

- High proficiency in Python test automation and API testing frameworks. Knowledge of PyTest and GitHub Actions.

- Experience with Over the Air firmware update validation.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity testing and topics for connected products.

- Experience analyzing test results, logs, artifacts, and telemetry data to identify product defects and automation issues.

- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Knowledge of TCP-IP, BACnet IP, Modbus, Zigbee.

- Background in Smart Building Automation or real estate IoT solutions.





- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, OWASP.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead the verification and validation of a complete suite of products (sensors, gateway & solution).

- Translate functional, non-functional, performance, and cybersecurity requirements into comprehensive test specifications.

- Manage defect triage and root cause analysis with other team members.

- Create, prioritize, and communicate test plans.

- Architect and scale automated hardware in the loop when necessary.

- Implement CI/CD automated test pipelines.

- Ensure simulation tools are up-to-date and maintained.

- Execute tests.

- Follow the design process and deliver quality design documents on time.
