Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, highly skilled, and experienced Senior Esthetician to join our premium, non-toxic beauty salon in Dundas, Hamilton.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated beauty professional with strong expertise in skincare treatments, facials, lash and brow services, threading, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional beauty treatments, personalized consultations, and outstanding customer service in a welcoming, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facial & Skincare Treatments

- Perform professional facials and customized skincare treatments.
- Assess clients' skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and aftercare advice.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and suitable retail products.

Lash & Brow Services

- Perform professional lash lifts and lash tinting.
- Provide eyebrow tinting and shaping.
- Perform eyebrow and facial threading with precision.
- Provide brow lamination services where trained.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results while prioritizing client comfort and safety.

Waxing & Hair Removal

- Perform professional facial and body waxing.
- Provide precise eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation throughout all treatments.

Manicure & Pedicure Services

- Perform professional manicures and pedicures.
- Provide regular polish and gel polish applications.
- Demonstrate excellent nail shaping, cuticle care,



and finishing techniques.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, precision, and client satisfaction.

Client Experience & Salon Operations

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
- Confidently recommend and promote salon services and retail products.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, guest check-ins, payments, and front desk duties when needed.
- Maintain strict sanitation, disinfection, and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive salon environment.
- Stay current with beauty industry trends, products, and treatment techniques.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional esthetician experience preferred.
- Esthetician certification or relevant professional qualifications.
- Strong hands-on experience in facials and skincare treatments.
- Proven skills in lash lifts, lash tinting, and eyebrow tinting.
- Experience in eyebrow and facial threading.
- Proficiency in facial and body waxing.
- Strong manicure and pedicure skills, including Shellac/gel polish applications.
- Excellent knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and client safety procedures.




- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to provide professional consultations and personalized recommendations.
- Confidence in retail sales, product recommendations, and service promotion.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Additional Assets

- Brow lamination experience.
- Eyelash extension experience.
- Front desk, booking, or retail sales experience.
