Randstad Canada is recruiting an experienced Learning Design Consultant for its client’s global learning and talent development team in Vancouver, BC. This six-month contract has high potential for extension.

Role overview Design and develop performance-focused learning solutions, primarily for contact centres, distribution networks, and customer-facing teams. Lead the instructional design lifecycle from scoping and storyboarding through digital development and SME-driven revisions. Create engaging digital learning experiences aligned with business strategy, brand standards, accessibility practices, and user experience principles.

Responsibilities

Lead instructional design and development, including needs analysis, scoping, storyboarding, digital build, and revisions.

Build interactive digital learning modules for contact centre and distribution centre environments.

Create motion graphics, video content, and visual assets using tools such as Synthesia, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva.

Maintain and enhance learning portfolios, improve user experience, and support evaluation of learning outcomes.





Ensure materials follow business strategy, instructional design standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility best practices.

Apply emerging learning technology, AI-driven development, and instructional design methods.

Qualifications

At least five years of experience designing and developing performance-focused learning solutions; contact centre, retail, or distribution experience is an asset.

Expert proficiency in Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.

Hands‑on experience with Synthesia and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Visual design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent tools.

Solid project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, organizational development, graphic design, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation and term $58.39–$64.88 per hour. Six-month contract with potential for extension.
