As an RPN at S&R; Seniors Living, you will support a multidisciplinary care team, ensuring comprehensive resident care. Your responsibilities will involve leading Personal Support Workers, managing medication distribution, and updating care plans to reflect each Resident’s needs. Your contributions will ensure that both physical and emotional wellness of Residents is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various health professionals for resident assessments
• Lead PSW teams in delivering resident care
• Monitor and document vital signs and glucose readings
• Engage with residents and families about care plans
• Update care plans regularly based on conditions

Requirements:
• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Complete a Vulnerable Sector Screening check
