As part of the ministry team and reporting directly to the Senior Associate Pastor, you'll develop and implement engaging strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement discipleship strategies for adults
• Mentor and coach leaders within ministry teams
• Foster small and mid-sized group connections




• Collaborate with senior leadership on ministry initiatives
• Recruit and resource volunteers for church activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and theological training required
• Several years in adult or discipleship ministry
• Proven experience in equipping leaders
• Solid administrative and leadership skills
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
