Ledcor Group is seeking experienced Forepersons for a winter reclamation and haul road construction project. The successful candidate will lead a crew of heavy equipment operators, ensure safety, and coordinate daily site activities on the Fort McKay AB project.

You bring a robust heavy civil background, hands-on equipment operation (haul trucks, dozers, excavators), and proven leadership to promote Ledcor's safety culture and productive workflow.
