Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper handling of spare parts inventory
• Replenish and return stock as needed
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Create accurate shipping documents
• Utilize Excel and SAP to manage inventory

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Preference for post-secondary education in Business/Office Administration
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks
