Lead impactful Short Term Placement programs with the Provincial and Demonstration Schools Branch in Brantford. Supervise teams and manage participant recruitment for youth with visual impairments.

This temporary on-call position focuses on developing meaningful support programs for students who are blind and/or visually impaired. You will work closely with Resource Services and Outreach program administrators while ensuring a fiscally responsible approach. Effective management and communication skills will be essential in guiding both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Short Term Program with staff supervision
• Assist in participant recruitment for programs
• Collaborate with Community Agencies for program development




• Maintain fiscal responsibility in program management
• Develop strong team dynamics and support

Requirements:
• Proven team management experience in social services
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation
• Experience in program development and community collaboration
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of relevant provincial education policies
