Our client is looking for an experienced technician to conduct maintenance and repairs on Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, and portable hardness testers. You will need solid mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills, coupled with excellent customer service to ensure compliance with accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installations and calibrations at customer locations
• Travel to manufacturing plants and labs across Canada
• Provide customer training on equipment use and troubleshooting




• Maintain accurate service and calibration records in CRM
• Adhere to safety protocols during equipment handling

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience with hardness testing methods
• Technical diploma in electronics or mechanical engineering
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals
• Passport required for occasional international travel
• Strong customer service and communication skills
