RBC is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Canada to lead a high-performing team of Advisors in a busy branch, driving sales, referrals and digital adoption while maintaining excellent client service. You will coach staff, build relationships with RBC partners, and ensure the branch performs operationally and strategically.
You will mentor the team, develop talent, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability, supported by RBC’s training and total rewards programs.
