McCarthy Tétrault is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant, IP (Patent) to join our Toronto office. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ patent legal assistant experience and involves filing patent, design, and copyright applications with Canadian and US offices, and other administrative duties.
The position offers a hybrid work environment in one of Canada’s top employers, with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 CAD and a solid focus on client service and accuracy.
