Our Vancouver division has a wide variety of current and upcoming projects. These include government facility renovations, office interiors, tenant improvements, restaurant builds and fit-outs, and school board projects.
What you'll do Support the project team with coordination and day-to-day project administration
Handle safety paperwork, shop drawings, RFIs, purchase orders, change notices and closeout documents
Organize,



attend and take minutes at project meetings with the Project Manager
Solve problems and keep projects moving
Review construction documents and keep everyone informed
Keep files, logs and records accurate and up to date
Nice to have Procore experience, which is a big asset

What's in it for you Competitive salary of $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience

Valuable to know Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 4:30, with a 1-hour lunch. Some weekend work may be needed.
