Kibbi in Canada is seeking a hands-on Business Operations Manager to lead daily operations in a beauty/spa setting. You will plan, organize, and monitor activities, ensuring high service standards and productive workflows.

Responsibilities include budgeting and inventory control, policy development for staff, hiring and training, and addressing customer concerns. Evening, morning, and weekend shifts with a permanent contract and 30 hours per week.
