What you will do
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the property.
Ensure the building is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies.
Coordinate with contractors for repairs and renovations.
Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.





What we are looking for
Required Skills: Experience in superintendent duties, excellent communication skills, ability to handle emergencies. Able to communicate well with Seniors.
Optional Skills: Basic knowledge of an apartment building and its tenants as well as Management.
