Neo Financial in Canada is hiring a Sales Team Lead to guide and inspire a team of Sales Representatives. You will drive customer acquisition by coaching the team to sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products, while maintaining a high standard of service and integrity.
You’ll own event operations, from scheduling and booth setup to hands-on selling at activations. Monitor targets, adjust tactics, and deliver regular performance reports to management.
