Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Support Analyst to investigate complex application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will use AI tools to research, analyze, and deliver accurate solutions, documenting findings for the knowledge base.
This remote role welcomes candidates across Canada and the US, with travel about 10%. A passport and international travel eligibility are required. Salary range is 60K–75K. Enjoy solid onboarding and growth opportunities.
