You’ll assess security positions, guarantees, PPSA registrations and recovery options to recommend strategies based on expected return, cost and risk.
You’ll own relationships with collection agencies, law firms, investigators,
skip tracing providers and other recovery vendors, monitoring SLAs, recovery rates and cost-to-collect.
You’ll oversee legal and guarantor recoveries, coordinating litigation, enforcement, settlements and asset searches with internal and external partners.
You’ll take ownership of escalated accounts and help establish clear hand-off, settlement, legal escalation and write-off practices.

Experience with commercial lending, fintech, merchant cash advance or small-business credit portfolios is preferred.
Understanding of personal guarantees, secured lending and PPSA, including their application to merchant cash advance agreements, is an asset.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and vendor-management skills, with the ability to evaluate recovery options based on expected return, cost and risk.
Experience with CRM, lending or collections management systems is preferred, while mentoring or coaching experience and French-language fluency are assets.
