We're Hiring: Back Office Chiropractic Assistant
Do you love helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, energetic team?

We're looking for a warm, dependable, and motivated Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys a mix of working directly with patients and keeping things organized behind the scenes . No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You'll Be Doing

Setting patients up for spinal decompression under the guidance of our chiropractors

Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for

Managing the majority of our phone calls, text messages, and emails

Scheduling and assisting patients with appointment questions

Completing patient follow-ups and communications

Helping with day-to-day administrative tasks

Keeping treatment areas organized, stocked, and ready

Supporting our chiropractors and team wherever needed
