You will also maintain records related to meals and supplies, supporting overall kitchen operations in the Dietary Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and dietary needs
• Serve meals promptly at correct temperatures and portions
• Monitor food supply quality and kitchen equipment operation




• Direct Dietary Aides in food prep and serving
• Maintain records for menu changes and temperature checks

Requirements:
• Chef training or culinary management certificate preferred
• Experience in large quantity cooking preferred
• Red Seal certification preferred
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Ability to lead in a busy kitchen setting
