Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior HR technology professional with deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise and robust experience supporting global HR operations. They should be hands-on with system configuration while also serving as a strategic HRIS subject matter expert. This person should be comfortable driving system improvements, supporting payroll and workforce management processes, leading projects, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.

The Senior Consultant, HRIS serves as the primary subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Workforce Software (WFS), and related HR technologies.

This individual will be responsible for configuring, supporting, optimizing, and governing global HR systems that support HR operations, payroll, workforce management, compliance, reporting, and workforce analytics. They will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements, manage projects, improve data quality, maintain security standards, and drive continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
