Your Role and Impact:

As our Senior HVAC Service Technician, you’ll lead a diverse range of projects, from residential tune-ups to large-scale commercial systems. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, solving complex HVAC issues, supporting clients, and contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Must-Haves

- 10+ years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration.
- Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic certification.
- Class A or B Gas Ticket.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving history.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams.
- Strong Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Electrical or building automation/controls experience.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or training other technicians.
