- 10 years of IT Project Management experience
- 5+ years of experience leading the delivery of customer-focused IT initiatives from conception to completion
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager leading Canadian IT Public Sector projects in the Healthcare sector, a must
- e-Health Experience, a definite asset
- Experience on Scale Agile delivery
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management in an IT project context
- 5 years of experience managing highly complex technology initiatives
