Miratech seeks a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join the Workforce Management stream, building enterprise‑scale forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real‑time adherence tools in a contact center workplace.

Expect

Java/Spring Boot backends, React/TypeScript frontends, and Node.js support for integrations.

You will translate complex workforce rules into auditable software, with experience in CX platforms and WFM processes.
