Seeking Senior to Lead-level Web Developers with strong hands-on experience in:

Must Have:

- React + JavaScript/TypeScript
- HTML/CSS, Responsive Design, CSS Modules, Design Tokens/Theming
- Large-scale refactoring, codemods & code migrations
- GitHub, PR reviews/approvals, Git & CI/CD
- Playwright – MUST HAVE (visual regression/screenshot testing)
- Redux or similar state management
- Strong engineering/problem-solving skills
- Agile/Scrum experience
- AI coding agents / MCP-assisted workflows (Claude Code)

? Ideal Background We’re especially interested in engineers who have hands-on experience modernizing large React codebases , migrating styling/design-system implementations, performing codemods and large-scale refactoring , and working through GitHub-based PR/review workflows .

Candidates should be comfortable operating at a Senior/Lead engineering level , contributing to architecture and migration decisions while remaining highly hands-on.
