The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to deliver compassionate, patient‑centered end‑of‑life care. You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team in Hospice residences or at the patient’s home, while mentoring staff and ensuring policy‑driven practice.
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior palliative care experience is preferred.
