Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and coordinate with technicians in the field. If you love organizing the day and making people's lives a little easier, this is your role.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of customer service or dispatch experience (trades a plus)

Strong phone, email, and computer skills

Great attitude and attention to detail
