Your main responsibilities As an Electromechanical Technician, you will:
Repair and adjust a variety of equipment and machinery;
Diagnose technical issues and perform the necessary repairs and adjustments;
Carry out preventive maintenance on all production equipment;
Inspect mechanical, control,



and pneumatic components used in manufacturing processes;
Maintain equipment in optimal operating condition;
Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the preventive maintenance program;
Contribute to the implementation of recent health and safety systems;
Support production teams with equipment setup and line adjustments;
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Desired profile Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) in Electromechanics or Electrotechnology;
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electromechanics;
Strong mechanical, electrical controls, and automation skills;
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming (asset);
Experience with Fanuc robot programming (asset);
Knowledge of machine safety components and servo motors (asset);
Experience using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) (asset);
Strong troubleshooting skills with leadership and the ability to work independently;
Analytical mindset, resourcefulness, and initiative;
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure.
