This hands-on role focuses on assembling recent bikes and general merchandise according to safety and quality standards. You will be part of a constructive and goal-oriented culture that values coaching and teamwork. Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, with prior experience in bike assembly considered a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble bicycles and merchandise adhering to quality standards
• Perform basic checks on brakes, tires, and handlebars
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize assembly tasks




• Keep the assembly workspace organized and safe
• Assist in unloading and organizing products as needed

Requirements:
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
• Preferred experience with bicycles and product assembly
• Ability to take guidance from experienced technicians
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
