Join Lookout Housing and Health Society as a part-time Janitor Maintenance Worker. Focus on cleanliness, building upkeep, and guest satisfaction at the Jeffrey Ross Residence.

This permanent part-time role requires commitment to the health and safety standards of Lookout. You will perform janitorial duties, ensuring all internal and external areas are clean and well-maintained. Your problem-solving skills and ability to work with disadvantaged individuals will be essential in supporting the mission of Lookout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, wash, and wax floors daily
• Manage garbage removal and recycling procedures
• Monitor and maintain all building equipment
• Conduct repairs and upkeep suites as needed
• Assist current staff and oversee volunteer efforts

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education and two years related experience
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
