Collaborate with Engineering and Corporate executives to shape the Future of Work while optimizing costs and accelerating prototype development. Your experience in negotiation and contract management will be critical to ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop procurement strategy for Engineering Services and R&D; Hardware • Manage outsourced engineering workforce contracts effectively • Negotiate Statements of Work and Non-Recurring Engineering agreements • Optimize relationships for Joint Design Manufacturing and Original Design Manufacturing • Partner with Legal to uphold IP protection and cybersecurity standards
Requirements: • 7+ years in strategic procurement, 4+ years in Engineering Services • Expertise in outsourced engineering models and Tier 1 negotiations • Proven contract drafting and negotiation skills • Experience managing R&D; hardware lifecycles • Robust financial acumen for TCO analysis presentations
