Startec Thermal and Process seeks an experienced Senior Estimator to develop and refine labour and material estimating tools for packaged gas processing and refrigeration systems. You will convert shop knowledge into usable rates, allowances and templates for bids and production planning. You’ll collaborate with Applications Engineering, Production and project execution teams to ensure accurate, consistent estimating practices and data-driven decisions.
