As a full time Manager focused on Facility and Cat Operations at TCR, you will coordinate the daily activities that ensure the smooth functioning of our rescue efforts. Your role involves leading volunteer teams, managing logistics for pet-store adoption operations, and maintaining a protected, organized workplace for cats. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and various stakeholders to facilitate the adoption process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee TCR's pet-store adoption program operations
• Manage daily functioning of the Volunteer Centre
• Train, support, and recruit volunteers effectively




• Ensure adherence to TCR's safety standards at adoption locations
• Address operational issues at TCR facilities
Requirements:
• Proven experience in coordinating complex logistics
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Hands-on experience with animals and rescue operations
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license required
