In this role, you will utilize the Genesis Process, a faith-based recovery model, to provide crucial support to individuals in our men's addiction recovery program. Your compassionate guidance will foster a safe and structured environment, helping participants develop life skills while achieving their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of life skills through structured activities
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention
• Foster a protected and encouraging recovery atmosphere




• Collaborate with team members and maintain documentation
• Assist in group facilitation and activities

Requirements:
• Experience in addiction recovery or counseling preferred
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and harm-reduction practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check required
• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
